Shipping & delivery
Digital editions
Digital story editions are delivered worldwide by email as the files specified in your selected package. Delivery begins only after the order and payment are confirmed.
Physical products
Framed keepsakes and hardcover albums are currently delivered within India, subject to serviceability of the delivery PIN code. The product page shows the physical-product charge; shipping is shown separately before payment.
Proof before production
We send a digital proof for approval before printing. Physical production begins only after approval. The delivery estimate is confirmed with the order and runs from final proof approval, not from the first enquiry.

Corrections, replacements & refunds
Every Cliqsay is personalised, so we cannot accept a change-of-mind return after creative work or printing has begun.
- Included factual corrections and creative revisions follow the allowance stated in the selected package.
- If a physical order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Include the order reference, package photographs and clear photographs or video of the issue.
- After review, we may correct the digital file, reprint, replace or refund the affected item, as appropriate.
- Minor differences between screen colour and printed colour are normal and are not defects.
Do not discard damaged packaging until the support review is complete.

Privacy policy
Your photographs and stories are private by default. They are used to produce and deliver your order and are not published in a portfolio, advertisement or social post without separate permission.
- Private photographs are not used as training material without separate, explicit consent.
- Production files are scheduled for removal 30 days after final delivery unless a longer period is agreed for corrections or reorders.
- You may request earlier deletion after the order is complete.
- Access is limited to people and service providers required for production, review, payment and delivery.
- Guardian confirmation is required when photographs of children are submitted.
Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s secure checkout and are not stored by Cliqsay.

Terms of use
By submitting an order, you confirm that you own the photographs or have permission to use them, and that the information supplied for the story is lawful and appropriate to reproduce.
- Orders are accepted after language-review availability, scope, delivery time and price are confirmed.
- Creative production begins after payment. Printing begins after proof approval.
- Cliqsay may decline material that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive or infringes another person’s rights.
- Timelines may change if source photographs are unusable, information is incomplete or approval is delayed.
- Promotional pricing applies only during the period displayed and may be withdrawn for future orders.

Cliqsay turns personal photographs and the memories behind them into illustrated, human-reviewed narratives. The story—not the print—is the product’s centre. Customers choose the language, emotional treatment, illustration style and final format.
